Rae is home and so for the first time in almost 9 months, Gary and I had all our children under our roof. AND it was Gary's birthday AND he didn't know Rae was coming home so we surprised him. It was great.
After all the late festivities, we tried to wind down with scripture and prayer. Right when Rae was in the middle of reading a few verses Nolan announced proudly, "Look guys, I am one pew tall!!!"
And then he proceeded to tickle his self portrait under the chin.
Good times.
