1- The Allergy Fairy has sprinkled yellow allergy dust (pine pollen) about and I am suffering. My head is swimming.
2- Gary, bless his heart, knew that I needed some alone time (and a break (two different things)) so he just left with the 'independix removal' patient Wes to Gramma W's house.
3- My house is suffering since I am suffering, if ya know what I mean.
4- I was suppose to get my hair cut today, a whole new style, but it's been postponed until tomorrow. And now, I am having second thoughts about the hair cut. I don't usually do that.
5- Having friends from high school finding me on Facebook kinda freaked me out. Having friends from middle school (we moved when I was in 7th grade, so I am talking friends from before the move) finding me on Facebook is really freaking me out.

Do any of the allergy drugs help? (Zyrtec, Claritin D, etc.?) Benadryl works the best for me but with it I sleep through life, so maybe it's not really working, just putting me to sleep. lol

p.s. Hope that you get to feeling better. Allergies stink! I use our neti pot and it seems to help too.

Lorinda- Last year (my first year suffering) I tried Clariton and it was okay. It took the edge off. But Gary doesn't like Clariton so yesterday I bought zyrtec and I'm not feeling it. I can't remember if it take a few day to make a difference? A

It's a "tool" that you use to rinse out your sinuses with a saline solution (basically iodine free salt and baking soda). Tip use lukewarm water, maybe a little warmer but not much. FYI, cold water burns.

Momma's Boy is on Zyrtec, I think it took about 3-4 days to be more effective.
I hate sinus headaches and hope it goes away soon for you so that you can enjoy your alone time.
