I Can't!!!

.
.
The day after I got home from the hospital after giving birth to my youngest, I caught my husband doing one of the 'memory chuckles'. You know the type, when someone is busy going about things and you catch them chuckling, and clearly it's from something they are thinking back on....
.
So I of course asked what was so funny. I could have used a good laugh.
.
Turns out he was thinking about when I was in the middle of pushing I exclaimed, "I can't do this!"
.
Gary said, "Haha! As if you had a choice. Ha! Ha! Ha!"
.

Not even funny.
.
I don't even know if it's funny now.
.
Sometimes I feel the same way as I did then. I am parenting my 5 children and I am no more able to quit now as I was when I was laboring with Zoe but....
.
you know what?
.
I can't! I can't do this!
..
Please don't laugh at me like Gary did though.
.
Cause I know I will. I will because I have to. And in the end, it'll all be worth it. Right?
.
.
*photo from google image. As if I looked that cute pushing! Or at all!

It just feels like you can't. Feelings are transient. Sometimes saying you can't relieves the pressure, and then you just do it anyways.
