Phunny Photos

I made nacho's for the first time in a while and Zoe was in heaven. She went back for seconds and thirds. The next day she made her own nachos for an after school snack and this is what she did any time someone walked by.

.
Naomi was coloring the other day. She tilted the crayon box to look for a crayon and then this happened.

.

With a lot of time and patience, she has been able to duplicate this one more time.

This teeny tiny bucket of candy is what we used for the trick-or-treaters.
.
.
Zoe set it all up for me. And like a good girl, she put the treats in there that she got from her school Halloween party that she knew I wouldn't want her to consume. (In other words, non sugarfree gum. It's my thing that I am weird about)

By the way, we had left overs. We only had two trick-or-treaters. But I felt a little lame afterwards, like maybe from now on, even though I know we will get just a couple of trick-or-treaters, I should still come out with a big honkin' bowl of candy. To show that even just two trick-or-treaters count. Ya know?

.

For the past several post Halloween days, Zoe has played with her candy in this way. She'll rearrange it several times.

.

.

And lastly, I thought this was clever but Nolan did not. Wait, who died and made him the What's Funny Judge?

.

This is a two faced Jack O'Lantern. I don't know about where you live, but where I live it was hard to find a carving pumpkin. I bought just one this year thinking it was plenty and it turned out my two girls expected their very own, since that is what I did the past few years. However at that point all the pumpkins were gone. Sold out.
.
So I took both girls Jack O'Lantern drawings and combined them into one.
.
Zoe designed a nerd.
.

.

And Naomi went for a more tradtional scary guy.

Happy November, Ya'll!!

Hee hee hee I LUB those pics. Oh, I'm dying at the tiny trick or treat bowl. ha ha ha ha And the candy inside.

Confession, I didn't buy a single bag of candy this year. We never get any trick or treaters.

But this year we did. haha My hub and I were hiding in the basement. And when we heard the knock we grabbed Lulu and we were like "sshhhhh, don't bark."

haha We thought my kids might come home at some point and we could borrow their candy, but we never did.

haha

I lub the shot of Zoe covering the nachos. And WOW about the crayon box.

So I was talking to my hub the other day when we were out walking and I told him about Zoe and about what a cute character she would be for a children's novel. I am really serious. Should we do it? Should we turn her into a super star?

So could we take all the material from this blog and make like a Ramona the Pest, except she's not a pest, but then Ramona wasn't a pest either. We could write in the forward that it's based on a real little girl named Zoe from Georgia.

I'm not kidding here.

I love the idea! I know nothing of how any such thing works, but I am listening and open! :)
