.
I go through phases, even food phases. My latest is tortillas. And also tortillas and the griddle. (but not always the griddle with the tortilla)
.
So I created a new quesadilla. Maybe it's been created already by someone else but it's new to me.
.
Place tortillas on the warmed griddle and add bbq sauce. (I always, always use Sweet Baby Ray's for all my bbq sauce needs)
.
Add cooked chicken.
.
And quesadilla cheese.
.
Some slivers of red onion.
.
.
And quesadilla cheese.
.
Some slivers of red onion.
.
Cilantro.
(cilantro.... love it? or hate it?)
.
Make brown and crispy on both sides.
.
Cut into quarters and enjoy.
It's a no fork required experience.
Huh? What??? What's that?
.
It's all the making of a bbq chicken pizza in the form of a quesadilla?
.
Okay.... you got me.
.
But it's gooooooooooooooooooooooooooood.

Thanks for the tip. I always use Sweet Baby Rays too! High Five.
Hm, maybe Ambrose married the wrong Lorinda. Another recipe he'd really like. We like Sweet Baby Ray's too.
minus the cilantro(HATE) and red onion, it looks pretty dang good

Crash- Kindred spirits, you and I. :)
Lorinda- Gary married the wrong Lorinda too. He wants a garden. :)
Dar- You so crazy. That's how most of my kids take theirs too. :)
Heath- It really, really is!! All the different parts to it just play so well together.... I LOVE it. :)
Looks great! Jodie loves Italian quesadillas. Pasta sauce and mozz cheese. I am quite fond of the shredded taco seasoned chicken with queso cheese. We do the fold over quesadillas.
that sound so good! i am in a tortilla stage myself but my family is getting tired of them! we are going to try this one!
