Pumpkins

I have had a love affair with pumpkins for quite some time. First we met on Thanksgiving with Pumpkin Pie which I liked, but I hadn't fallen in love until I lived out west where they eat Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies. This we did not have in the state of SC where I grew up and boy howdy, nothing will make one fall so hard for pumpkin like a Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookie! The more I got to know the pumpkin, the more I fell in love. I love how moist it makes everything it is baked in but it's more than that. It's more than the eating (even though the eating is like, SO important). It's also the color, I LOVE the color pumpkin! It's the shape. No. It's the shapeSSS. I love all the different sizes and shapes pumpkins come in! And I love them chubby or skinny, it matters not which they are.


Today I saw a quote in a magazine that was attatched with a cute little one posing for a picture on a large pumpkin. I would like to share it....
